This is Minister Jablonski presenting an award at the 2009 Picture this…Film Festival, an international disability film festival initiated by Calgary Scope Society.
The Minister presented the award for best Documentary 10-30 minutes category to Tina Hahn for her film, "Life’s a Twitch."
